A quality German made digital thermostat for accurate control of your growing temperature when using Bio Green Soil Warming Cables. The cables come with a 13 amp plug for the UK market if no thermostat is required, however if the plug is simply removed the cable has a 2 pin internal moulded Euro plug already connected that will plug directly into this thermostat. This removes any need for wiring expertise for the home gardener. The unit is easy to operate, you set the required temperature using push buttons, with temperatures clearly shown on the large digital display.

• Temperature range 0-40ºC (32-104ºF).
• Temperature is measured by an encapsulated thermistor / sensor on the end of a 1 metre cable.

These all new aluminium encapsulated versatile heatmats easily roll up when not in use. They substitute for both spring propagation and heating and winter protection. If you have had problems in keeping your favourite tropical plant alive in a cool greenhouse during the winter (e.g. Heliconia or Plumeria) this may be a solution, acting as a heated bench. The mat is best placed on to an insulation layer, then covered in a sheet of plastic or glass. With the remote thermostat placed in your propagator media or underneath potted plant trays, the temperature is accurately controlled saving running costs in warmer weather. Build your own propagator with these Bio Green soil warming cables or use as under soil heating in your greenhouse. Soil warming cables are mains operated, fully insulated, safe and easy to use (full instructions supplied). Soil Warming Cables are recommended for areas of 0.5 sq.m.(25W), 1.0 sq.m.(50W), 1.2 sq.m.(75W), 1.5 sq.m(100W)., and 4.0 sq.m.(320W), respectively. We recommend that you use the Bio Green Digital thermostat TR-E (JH1727) with these Soil Warming Cables for accurate temperature control and ease of connection. (Please note that the moulded plug on the heating cable must NOT be removed if attempting to wire these heating cables to any other thermostat)

A quality low cost 3kW thermostat with remote sensor for accurate control of your greenhouse temperature. Similar products from other suppliers are all well over £40! Any thermostat built into a heater is subject to switching off as the heater warms up therefore not controlling the room temperature as you want it. I have always used remote sensor controls wherever possible. (Please note that if this thermostat is to be used with the Biogreen heating cables, an extension 5 amp fused socket must be wired to the thermostat to be able to plug in the soil warming cable which cannot be wired in directly)

This Parasene thermostat is ideal for use in conjunction with the Parasene soil warming cables above or a 2kW or 3kW heater. It provides automatic control and makes more economical use of the cables or heating costs. (Please note that if this thermostat is to be used with the Biogreen heating cables, an extension 5 amp fused socket must be wired to the thermostat to be able to plug in the soil warming cable which cannot be wired in directly)
