Order Despatch
- Please inform us if you plan to go away so we can avoid despatching your goods
at that time. We do not accept responsibility or any subsequent loss/damage of
products for shipments despatched when you are on holiday.
Seed Orders -
-
All Seed orders are sent second class post via
Royal Mail
-
All Seed orders to the UK incur a P&P charge
of £1.95
-
All International Seed Orders incur a P&P
charge of £3.95 regardless of value.
Root Orders -
-
All UK Mainland Root orders (excluding
surcharge regions) are sent via second class Royal Mail Post or by Courier
service dependant on weight and incur a P&P charge of £4.95.

For all UK Surcharge areas we charge a minimum
of £4.95. Depending on weight of goods chosen this may incur further
additional charges.

For all EEC Root orders we charge a minimum of
£6.50. Depending on weight of goods chosen this may incur further additional
charges.
Plant Orders -
-
We use an overnight courier for most plant shipments but a 48 hour delivery may
be required for some parts of the country. Note: The 24 hour shipment is from
despatch of order and NOT the lead time from order.

The standard charge at cost to cover packaging and courier charges is £7.85 for
one plant, each additional plant incurs a P&P charge of £1. For example an order
for 3 plants would pick up a packaging and delivery charge of £9.85

For Northern Ireland, parts of Scotland, and all off shore islands, normal
delivery charges do not apply, therefore please enquire for a special delivery
cost quotation for these areas.

We do not accept international plant orders.
Product Orders -
-
All small Product orders below £75 are sent at
a cost of £4.95, all Product orders over £75 in value are sent by Courier free of charge.

Please note: For Northern Ireland, parts of Scotland, and all off shore islands,
normal Courier delivery charges do not apply, therefore please enquire for a
special delivery cost quotation for these areas.

Payment by Debit or Credit Card

We accept payment for most major credit
cards

We do not
accept payment from Visa Electron and American Express

For all card payments we do not take
payment until the time of despatch of your order and NOT at the time
of order placement. (Apart from Paypal transactions which takes payment at
time of order)

For all Plant orders received out of season, we require
payment details up front to secure allocation of your order on our system,
and payment normally taken at time of shipment.

Customer card details
are not held on PPWServices order processing database after any order has
been processed.

All hardcopy order paperwork is
incinerated each month.

Please do not ask us to hold your credit
card details for future orders.
Other Payment Types
-
We do accept upfront payment via PayPal and
the email address to use is
peter@jungleseeds.co.uk Please note that if paying up front through
PayPal for seasonal goods it may be some months before goods are actually
despatched.

We also accept cheques and postal orders
made out to either JungleSeeds or PPW Services Ltd
-
We do not accept payment by direct bank
transfer because of the high volume of small orders involved.

Please do not send us cash in the post.
Credit Account Customers
For a small number of regular business
customers i.e. local councils, educational establishments etc. we do offer a
credit account facility. Please enquire if this is a necessary requirement
before placing your order. We reserve the right not to offer this facility
without disclosing any reason. Terms are strictly 30 days net of Invoice.
VAT
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the
prevailing rate. If you require a VAT detailed invoice please ask. |
